ABSTRACT

This report of the current and potential role of the distribution of contraceptives through all available commercial

channels in the Philippines attempts to identify and evaluate the existing contraceptive market, the channels of

distribution and the potential for increased private section participation in expanding the availability and usage of

contraceptive products. Included in the report are surveys of manufacturers, importers, distributors, retail outlet

owners, and actual and potential consumers of contraceptives. Also included are the attitudes of these people,

consumer profiles, legal requirements, price structures and analyses of these surveys. (PubHealth.info Document
